The team at Bennets Green are just phenomenal!! I told them my story after dealing with another very popular bike shop in Newcastle, which ended up with me in tears. Walked into TREK and I got exactly what I wanted within 10minutes. They were absolutely fantastic. And when I could pick the bike up a week later the service was phenomenal. I can not thank the guys ( especially the lady, I forget her name) for everything. I'm so happy.
