Love my bike that I purchased at Trek. More importantly the customer service is excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. When you book your bike I for a service, you are given accurate information on how long it is likely to take and approx costs. You are also texted when it is ready. Basic services that most bike shops don’t proved. I have recommended this shop to a number of friends. Some going on to purchase bikes from trek.
