I love my CorePower Yoga experience! The workouts are always solid, innovative, and really well-targeted—you can tell each class is designed to work different muscle groups in a smart, intentional way. The instructors do such a great job creating a flow that feels safe and super effective. Everyone is genuinely kind, welcoming, and always encourages feedback or questions, which makes the classes feel supportive and inclusive. Overall, it’s just a fantastic company, and I truly love having a membership!

The studios are clean, the staff is friendly no matter where you go and each one has his/her own unique flow. I like the heat, variety of classes, the music and even the lighting. I appreciate that I can go to different studios if I'm traveling. And last, I feel amazing after yoga!
