Taking the 90-minute class this morning was a fantastic challenge. I often doubt what I’m capable of, but pushing through this class gave me a huge sense of accomplishment. As someone who does yoga semi regularly, I found the instruction easy to follow along with the demonstration done by the teacher and the pace and modifications suggested were also helpful. A full workout, without it feeling like one!

The energy, instructors, and emphasis on deepening your practice.
I love core power because I have lots of classes sometimes they’re not able to get in because there’s too many people but other than that I just have to go the hours. I think less people go, but I really like it and I want to be a member, but I don’t want to pay 200 bucks a month so is there anyway I can start out with a smaller amount?

Only area for improvment is that the music is too loud and you sometimes can't here the instructors.

Lulus class was great! I loved her energy and music, and I was never bored with the moves we were doing. Excellent class and she kicked my butt!

Celeste is an exceptional teacher. She is supportive and creates some amazing routines. However, I recently decided to suspend my membership after discovering CorePower’s compensation practices for its coaches. I believe in supporting companies that are generous to their employees and will not tolerate unfair practices. Therefore, I will cancel my membership if I learn about any such practices in the future. Thank you for supporting a highly talented teacher like Celeste!
Instructors and heat level

Low heat and weights is exactly what I was looking for in my life.
Every woman going through perimenopause or menopause should take those classes. They are the gift we didn’t know we needed to keep us strong.
I really enjoy the community in Sherman Oaks. I had a great HOF class led by Joshua. Every time I take his class, I feel supported, and my practice has deepened due to attending his classes.
