Mika is the Best! She is very articulate & and has a very good tone and pace to her voice. She walks around the room and makes herself clearly audible. She has a friendly, positive personality. I like her choice of music too.
She represents CPY very well & is a great asset to your program.

Paul is an awesome teacher. He is a consistent, experienced, humble, dedicated, confident teacher. Paul teaches with the right amount of instruction and not afraid of silence. He nails the hot toga heat every class! We are so thankful to have Paul as a teacher at our studio.

HB CP is always a great experience when I visit this location. I mainly take CSX/HPF classes and I always leave class with a sense of fulfillment.
We love how small the classes usually are at Ken Caryl and how clean and fresh the studio always feels!

Lohi has such good vibes and it shows through the attendance. Lexi shifts HPF to make it interesting and maximize your practice. Last time she made core all planks but then allotted for 2 seta of pigeon pose. Now thats OG
It's always nice to visit the Westwood CorePower location. We particularly enjoyed our Yoga Sculpt class with Owen this time. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Perfect. Thank you.
Lotsa parking, Up two levels of stairs and Great Hot, Friendly studio!! Plenty of locker room space w lotion, hairdryer, etc and showers with soap, shampoo, conditioner. Awesome, Intentional Guided yoga (of several kinds/options).

Lusine’s sculpt class was outstanding. She brought exceptional energy and enthusiasm that set a strong tone for the day. The session delivered a true full-body workout with a well-balanced mix of strength and cardio, and every segment felt purposeful. The class hit all the marks I look for in an effective sculpt session, and Lusine’s guidance elevated the experience throughout.

I loved Lusin’s class. She is a great instructor and brings amazing energy to the classroom. She comes in with new and unique sequences and is very encouraging. She has a great playlist as well and I look forward to taking her classes.
I took a class with Lusin Yengibaryan and it was absolutely wonderful, she is an incredible instructor that motivates all her students throughout the class, provides good feedback, and uplifts each class with her positive attitude and good playlist. Lots of different options for classes whether you are a beginner, years into your journey or looking grow your practice! Everyone is welcome and everyone is celebrated! Can’t highly recommend enough!
