Break the MLS system out from being part of the Realtor Association. There is no reason to force professional to be part of the Realtor Association to have access to the MLS system.

They are very responsive and any time you call they will proper info and asnwer you all question.
I feel that the Mainstreet has a leadership style that operates in an Autocratic style which Mainstreet is making all the decisions and members have little or no participation in the final decision. Even with the different committees that you create I feel that members should be more involved with decision making within Mainstreet. Lastly, some staff members don't quite understand the definition of customer service is.
Your quick response to questions. Your education that you offer. The networking is a plus.
