Sentrilock boxes are still a problem. I do think one day codes should be available. Also most of the time I call, I don't get a live person but a recording..

I'm rather new to Mainstreet as I transferred from CAR. I feel I'm to new to honestly give you feedback; thus, I am rating in the middle. I do recommend that when you mail the paperwork for the Sentricard, etc. that you let the agent know on that page they need to call the Board to activate the card. I have a high D personality and looked on that particular page during the week and came to conclusion that since it had a date to renew the card that I was good to go. However, I found out on the weekend that I was not good to go.

I think that Mainstreet's leadership, needs to shift there focus more towards the needs of the entire geographic area of realtors it serves. To much emphasis is currently being placed on the area surrounding the main office, with decisions being made that have had in some instances, negative implications on area's to the north and east.
I like the ease of finding information on line and the opportunity to use the classes available. I also like the newsletter and information received by email. the support of the Organization to it's members is appreciated.
