The clarity by which information is provided. The classes offered and the prices we pay for them. The website is easy to navigate and looks good. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful whenever I have needed assistance.
I miss the "store". I had a source to "go to" instead of having to wait for the printers. I get there is a cost factor..just miss it!

Your MLS deactivation is automatic for non payment but, when the fees are paid the re activation is not automatic. Twice now in my history I had to wait to call in to manually have my access re activated
