Barb in the Tinley Park office is wonderful. I've contacted the office several times with questions, and she is very knowledgeable and helpful!
All the information that you provide
You are knowledgeable, professional, get things done quickly, but most of all whatever your organization does, it is always helpful for we the realtors. You help us get our business completed in a timely fashion. You have thought of everything that we need to be on top of 'our game' Thank You!
Why is it so inconvenient to fill out our online listing agreements? You should be able to enter in typed information and then save it with all the information that you typed. Forcing agents to print these documents is so wasteful.

Good selection of CE & locations (although there's an obvious bias to south locations). Suggestion: enable adding multiple courses to cart before check-out (or am I missing something? - had to individually pay for each and every course.)
