Constant updating and seeming endless chances for continuing education.
You hit me with a $100 fine that was never known nor disclosed in some recertification process that I was unaware. I have been a 1 person office since 1977 and retired since 2000 but I kept a membership for some unknown reason. I do not read emails since they are way too small on my phone and I am usually out of Illinois. No disclosure of fine, your email never mentioned a fine, your email was structured in such a way that after reading the top half, clearly did not apply to me, so I deleted it. You also sold the MLS information and I can get it on a myriad of other websites without have to pay annual fees. Consumers no longer need Realtors to get information.

Actually I think more is offered than needed and if some of the programs are deleted maybe our fees might go down a bit. It would be great if any one of the programs is highlighted each month and blow by blow instructions are given in plain language so all could understand and how the program works.

I live in the south suburbs. I am looking to take some accreditation and designation courses, however, there are none available to me. The closest office with classes is Downers Grove and the classes begin at 8:30 or 9am. I have a young son who has special needs and I need to be available to drop him off and pick him up from school. While there are a large number of classes for designation available for those in the western and northern suburbs, we are in a proverbial "drought" when it comes to designation availability in the southern suburbs. There are several CE classes and 30 hour classes for new agents. But we are hampered in our attempt to further our education through designations. Your own website indicates that designations can impact an agent's salary, so it would be beneficial to us to be able to have equal accessibility and convenience to classes that our counterparts in the western and northwestern suburbs have. Even if classes were offered via webinars or on Saturdays within the Tinley Park office, it would be easier for us to attend these classes. I am asking that you consider adding equal amount of classes for the southern portion of your REALTOR base.
