However, I was searching for historical sales information on the site but it has changed in that I can only select a particular year. I use to be able to get back to 10 year, year to yearrange data. Is that somewhere else to be found. thanks, First name removed

Today's price increase email is not welcome. Between semi-annual MLS/Board Fees and the annual association dues it now costs $950 per year just to have a license. This doesn't include an agents monthly office fees, bi-annual continuing education costs, or bi-annual license renewal fee to the state. Everyone increasingly has their hands deeper into an agents pocket for the privilege of just possessing a license.
Reduce your fees.
It's less about your service being disappointing, and more about the fact that appraisers like myself really have no choice in the matter. We need the data you supply, even though we are paying for services we will never use.
