Do a what to expect the first year email with a basic outline of fees and at the end of that email put what to expect going into year two. The first year is over whelming for new agents.

US realty case. Broker Marcel walked away with our commissions and MORe did not do anything to help. I have done so many surveys but nothing was done.
I believe that MORe offers alot of training and tools for the agents.
The C.E. classes could be improved by having more offered at the Libertyville office as well as more options for classes.

It is Feb 17, 2017 and next available core continue education course in Downers Grove is March 24, 2017 which is more than one month away. The course frequency is low in this license renew season and there is not much selection.
In addition, there was price matching policy for the course, why it was removed? Can we put it back?
My questions are always answered and the staff has great personalities.
Better room temperature. Also for the speaker to advise who ever wants to speak to get up and go by the speaker and speak not yell from the end of the room.
