I always get someone on the phone who is polite and helpful no matter how silly or dumb my question seems, and they always have an answer or solution for me to try that 9 out of 10 times works!

Fees went up....not happy about that.
I have not had a reason to use the organization, other than to pay my dues to it.
Good and immediate response to my questions
Everyone is doing the best they can. I am a realtor for 40 years in November of this year and I have certainly seen a lot of change. The strides that have been made are really great and yet I feel we've gotten so large and it's so overwhelming and even though we has satellite offices the personalness of the organization being close to our home domicile is nonexistent.
A little cheaper. Wish there were more live classes in AH

Always find the staff to be very helpful and courteous. Like the informative training that is offered in many different media options.

Too much info, too spread out, would take a lifetime to even think of where to begin. So largely, I ignore everything.
Spent a half hour just looking for a Ministerial Acts form because I've been talking with a potential client. MRED? Docu? MORe? I can't find it anywhere.
Even the iPhone app version of MRED is maddening so I use Zillow instead unless I need to schedule an appt.

I just read everywhere and couldn't find anywhere on how long I have to pay before interruption of my services with you. Very Frustrating. I am back new with the organization and I didn't join to not pay my dues and get kicked off. I feel that this information should be more accessible to your members on their page. I am afraid that when I call I may just be looked at like an idiot. If it is on information page I didn't see it. Everyone doesn't have this $$$ on hand. I just want to see how long I have to pay boldly in print on the "managing my account page". I see that it was due in July which again I misunderstood and thought I would owe something in October. I just looked around and saw this the managing my account. My fault. Anyway, hope you don't mind me venting. Of course this will get paid. Pay to Play. I understand. Thanks!

I like taking my CE classes through maibstreet Bc they keep tract of the courses I have taken and advise me on what I need to take.
