What do you like about our association services?

All the staff is extremely helpful. My wife an are both members and we really enjoy taking the continuing education classes at the Downers Grove facility. Everybody is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help. Keep up the great work!!!!

What do you like about our association services?

Everything. Mostly the people on your staff - they are awesome. One of the things that makes me so proud to be a member of MORe are the thoughtful, friendly & committed people who work there. As a Realtor, I am grateful for their tireless efforts in providing a framework (education, ethics, industry vendors, etc) that helps me be the very best Realtor that I can be. This in turn not only benefits me, but also benefits the Real Estate Industry, and of course most importantly - the consumer. The people at MORe rock!!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I've been attempting to pay my invoice for about 15 minutes. I'm using a check, which I always use. After 5 attempts to enter my check number, account number etc, I gave up!
I always pay by check and never had a problem in the past. Your web page told me 5 times I was entering a invalid number. I gave up!

So user friendly. Be as interactive as we choose to be. Access to everything from one site:classes; CE requirements; records of what you've taken or need;receipts at tax time ;and a staff that never makes me feel stupid when I ask stupid questions.

What do you like about our association services?

Mainstreet Organization of Realtors is a great resource to all members. The friendly staff is professional and efficient and is able to answer any question or refer as appropriate. The educational offerings are pertinent to our needs and usually have been aligned with helping members fulfull CE requirements or achieve designations/certifications. In addition to the many committees making our membership even stronger, I love the dedication to advocate for property owner rights as well as Realtor rights. Keep up the good work!
