The diversity and quality of the many services and products that the Association has to offer to members is truly amazing! All the products, services and educational opportunities are in place for agents to continually enhance their expertise in order to be more professional and efficient. And...the staff and personnel who administer all that we have to offer are "tops"! As far as I am concerned...our personnel are the best in the business.
The lack of materials I needed for me to take a MANDATORY class and nothing was sent to me, although I was told they were. I checked everything including my email and they weren't, now I have to pay a $75 fee on top of the other fees I have to pay. After this year with MORE I will find another organization to join.

The things that are important like license renewal and classes . When Ramona was in this area she was more helpful than the people I have been speaking to regarding credits and classes .
