The educational classes offered, customer service is amazing, and the price to become a member is very reasonable especially considering the fact you also get a membership to the Sentri Card system.
Annual dues are difficult to pay by December 1. Sending an invoice in July isn't going to help. People do wait until the last minute to pay out money especially when they don't get it refunded if they should choose by the end of the year to not stay in the business. Just a not so good date to pay with holidays. Some of the other associations have the option of a monthly or quarterly payment. I also need to find out the benefits of belonging to the association vs. taking required classes at another place (i.e., Real Estate Institute). Are we receiving a discount being a member compared to their pricing where I am not a member?
