The site is goo & very much improved. Still we need to simplify the continuing education checklist and individual needs. Would be great if you could have personal page designed that shows us where we are, what's needed.
This feedback is unneeded and makes me a bit crazy because there is no need to 'refer other realtors to it- we all get the barrage of emails from you.

It would be nice to get a real live person when you call the Board. You used to be able to do that and now it seems all you get is a voicemail. I also belong to the Florida Real Estate Board and they send out much more interesting and useful information in weekly emails. I can send you some if you like.

Mainstreet needs to change its charter and values and do much much more to give back to the communities that it profits from. For example, take a look at the volunteer committees. I counted 24. Of those 24 committees, at least 22 1/2 are self serving and do little to nothing to help the communities. Please pass this on to the President and Board members to consider a change.
Always helpful with any questions I have - and willing to be the source of the source if not certain of the answer to my questions. Excellent source of continuing education services. Strong advocates for realtors.
All of the services help me run my business. CE class and other educational offerings meet my needs. Legal resources and updates on license law are also valuable.
