Since I'm in Lake County and your in Downers Grove I'd like to see online courses and activities in my area. I noticed some contracts are missing such as "residential lease with option to purchase". Also courses in listing properties would be helpful since that is a big hurdle for new agents.

The site is goo & very much improved. Still we need to simplify the continuing education checklist and individual needs. Would be great if you could have personal page designed that shows us where we are, what's needed.
This feedback is unneeded and makes me a bit crazy because there is no need to 'refer other realtors to it- we all get the barrage of emails from you.

It would be nice to get a real live person when you call the Board. You used to be able to do that and now it seems all you get is a voicemail. I also belong to the Florida Real Estate Board and they send out much more interesting and useful information in weekly emails. I can send you some if you like.
