As a new agent, there is so much information to help guide me along the way. When I can't contact another agent, or at times when I have "free" time, I access the website to find answers to questions and plan for future classes and/or certifications.
Contracts. The State has given you a property disclosure that now has 4 pages and is difficult to provide in a packet. Also, I have not found another Realtor using the new form which requires an additional signature by the Seller and a date to be provided on the last page indicating when it was given to the Buyer. You have dates on the Disclosures indicating when they were signed. Some one needs to get a life and quit killing trees. Also, The new Offer to Purchase does not allow you to line out a blank properly. Someone in your Office should actually type out an agreement and find out how unfriendly it is.
I don't know any other associations. So I'm happy here, but maybe the grass is greener elsewhere...I don't know.

I object to your policy of forcing license terminations for an unpaid MLS user fee. The licensees board fee are fully paid for the entire year and their licenses are active. Using MLS fees as a reason for forced board termination is an inappropriate action.
Stop access to MLS appropriate.
Forcing cancelation of a license and kicking them out of the board is not.
