The amount of resources, classes and support at the most important things a member needs in the association.
Chicago Association of Realtors has more benefits, seminars, programs and discount CE courses to non members. I take all my CE courses with Chicago Association Realtors for past 12 years, eventhough I belong to Mainstreet because CAR has better courses, better variety and cheaper price. Mainstreet should take note of what CAR is doing right.
