Just started as a realtor in Illinois. Was realtor in Texas for many years. Like all the useful information I see on the Mainstreet site.
Lower annual fees
Quick response to questions and requests for assistance.
After paying for More, IAR, and NAR I'm not receiving any tangible benefits. I still have to pay a high cost for sentrilocks, the MLS, and continuing education. What you can do is look at your budget and remove wasteful spending so I don't have to pay for unnecessary administrative or other items that I'm completely unaware of.

Haven't used enough of Mainstream to comment. First impression in classes this week, fresh coffee and snack would have been nice. Live teaching is more interactive.

I don't know. I view the Realtor board as a necessary entity. I don't really feel like there is a value for my dues? To me it is like paying my taxes? Maybe I am not taking full advantage of what you offer... maybe I don't fully know what is offered. I just do my business, best I can, take classes when I can, and that is about it. Maybe you are doing more than I am aware of so that I can take your role for granted... in that case... keep up the good work :)
the teaching, pleasant people answering questions
Support staff members are very friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. They are always available during business hours. When you leave a message, they call you back promptly.
When we joined years ago, the fees were much less than the Board that we were previously with. I appreciate the weekly emails for updates and CE. I am thankful for how Main Street keeps is up to date about changes and guidelines. The website and online tools are easy to use.
I like the accuracy of your information on a daily basis.

Make the "optional" charges on your invoices be more clear and easier to adjust.
