Mainstreet is up to date with online technology and the staff is not only amazing to work with but it also extremely well versed in the billing, policies and needs of realtors/appraisers. If I ever have an issues or a question the staff is always available to assist in a timely manner. I recently had a minor issues regarding the billing and Tracy Marquardt was quick to help resolve my issues and also explain the process. Tracy is knowledge and great to work with. I ALWAYS have a great experience with Mainstreet.
Of the different organizations that I have belonged to over the years, Mainstreet is one of the most professional. Many organizations do not put their members first. Mainstreet does.

Love it! The friendly staff is always there to assist with any questions and/or concerns one may have. Whether it's by email, phone or online chat, my questions are always answered and my requests always taken care of in a timely manner. It provides great resources to us Realtors (at no additional cost) that I've learned other associations do not provide. It only helps us grow our business and take better care of our clients! On site training and continuing ed with Mainstreet is not convenient to my location (Elgin). Online access to all the training,with webinars, and other learning opportunities would be ideal. I appreciate the early notice on fees. Keep up the good work!

MORe is too large. I've been a member almost 25 years. Anytime I call, I still do not feel as if they know me. Curiously, has a larger member base and they know who I am and appreciate talking with me. Go figure considering it's only MRED I want anyway.
