I did have an invoice previously but I did not get any reminder before my MLS access was just shut off. I would think there would be a courtesy reminder that the bill was due and there would be a late fee added. This is the second time this has happened and I would definitely have saved money if I paid the bill just a couple of days earlier!
You seem to keep members updated on many topics. It is easy to get in touch with someone when needing assistance.

What is the value that you provide that Trulia, Realtor, etc cannot? You don’t provide anything more or less than anyone else. There is absolutely no value for the cost. Unfortunately as a broker I have to use your platform which is unfortunate. Here is an idea: provide something that the other services s cannot. As of right now you guys are a joke.
Most of the time the association is very responsive when I have an issue. I am not a full time realtor so do not have the issues that other have but they have been very helpful when I have called upon them.
I always get my questions answered.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful, every time I need them. Great job!!!
Sending invoices weeks before they are due and no reminder just before it's due. One day I'm late I get reminder and get slapped with fine. Worst business practise I've seen. Companies like Comcast and AT&T do the same and are at the bottom of customer satisfaction.

No disappointment, just not above average. I've been with three boards, they're all about the same.
The jump start classes are very helpful! The free online sessions are also helpful to navigate the MREd.
CE courses have been very helpful.
The Ethics program is a huge disappointment and failure. You have failed to address the theft of my real estate sign and trespassing by another agent on my listing. In effect you have endorsed this type of behavior for all Realtors And lastly you have failed to address the theft of my Private Business information through sentrilock.
