Customer service
No one has a conversation . All emails and texts . This is a personalized business . Sometimes a conversation is needed . Too many agents avoid a conversation like the plague .
Offer more for Appraisers or lower the membership fee to accommodate the limited benefits offered to Appraisers.
Knowledgeable staff that can answer questions. Technology that is easy to use.
FEES Are to Expensive!! Lower your rates!!!!!

I live in the city so the locations for training are far away.
I recently had an issues with getting sentrilock put on my new phone. I was told I had exceeded my number of devices. After several phone calls and wait time. I was told I had used 10 devices already. They looked up serial numbers and determined 3 were duplicates so they would add this device and now I only had 2 left ....forever in time. I totally disagreed that I had even used 7 devices. I was told she would email me the numbers, she did not. I need my phone and will replace it every 2-3 years. To be told I would have to "beg" for more devices after I used these last 2, was very very disappointing
Overpriced services.
There are always classes available, although I wish more were down in the Tinley Park area. They keep us updated on all the latest information that we need

Whenever I have called with a question somebody is always available to give me the proper answer. A Friendly voice at the other end of the phone is quite reassuring.

I don't like or dislike. There are no other options for appraisers. I just think the cost is too high since we are not using this as a sales tool and do not put any information in. Maybe if we could have a way of getting bad information altered. It is difficult to do a good job when realtors don't put correct information in the system.

Insure representatives are pleasant and enthusiastically helpful during each and every interaction.
How many different fees/charges are we gonna have? Why is it that you never poll the (Realtors) for our opinion instead of doing what "you" feel is best for us? In this day and age of technology it would be easy to reach out to all those who wanted a say wouldn't it? Why is it that (our) listings are provided to companies like "Redfin, Trulia, & Zillow" who profit from our hard work? Why is it they have access to this when it's a known fact that they are trying to eliminate agents? Why are you NOT protecting us from that instead of making it harder for us by charging more money? Why is it that you're not figuring out how to make us more money in commissions similar to a cost of living pay increase because I've been making the same amount since I started in this business? Why do you allow a spokesperson for Realtor.com go on TV and disrespect our President and she still has a job. Is her opinion that of all us agents? I can go on and on if you wish but I think you get it.

Why do you continue to ask this question when you know you have no intention of changing your way of charging too much for a Limited Benefit Service (maintaining the MLS) for Realtors.
Information on invoices is VERY poorly presented.
Emails jammed, should be one item on each email.
Web pages are full of decorations...just the facts.
I would like to know what my best benefits are. Maybe you should have a rep come to office and explain as it is a lot of money per year.
I work 24 hours a day but you only work until 5 and not at all on weekends.
The association seems geared towards the full time day shift brokers.
If I need something I have to wait until it is convenient for you.

As an adult person it would be better to have emails sent to me than reporting to my broker like I am a child who forgot to pay a bill
