Promptness
I'm disappointed on how dues continue to rise without real benefits. I'm disappointed with the minimal customer service I received when calling in. I'm upset I was charged a late fee after attempting to pay on time. I'm unhappy with being forced to pay fees to multiple associations that I do not want to be a part of.
Very happy with the services provided by Mainstreet and the helpful nature of individuals providing the service.

Great products & resources available on-line. Wonderful classes and easy to understand how-to videos; not to mention very responsive and informed help desk and member services.

The realtor store being removed was a huge burden. I understand it probably wasn't making a ton of sales on a daily basis. But the mission was to just be available. It was nice to have a local brick and mortar place to pick up those odd supplies.
Mls listings. Need more properties. Focused on better demographics. Possible eco-friendly information.

I like that I always have somewhere to turn for advise and education. I love the website and that i can access documents and forms that I need. See what classes are available, know when I have to take my CE’s. It’s great!
What do I like about Mainstreet? EVERYTHING!!!!! Everyone is helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and they all have a good sense of humor too!!!
I have so many favorite things about the association. I love that Pam did Cross-Training so many years ago with the staff. Many know the answers to common questions, so you get a faster response. I love the continuing ed department offerings - varied and on point. Professional standards - no one wants to need them... but it is GREAT when you call, and they are there supporting you.
There is nothing better than a staff that cares: Mary Steed, Pat O'Brien, Christie Hernandez, Amy Robey, Kate Sax, Lynnette Mock, and all those whose names I have not memorized, how did we get so lucky!

I love the classes, staff, networking events, proximity to my house (less than 2 miles), quick-reply communication with any questions, and the modern technology used such as webinars, Sentrilock, and more.

The association offers so much and stays on top of the latest and greatest! Everyone there is so helpful and knowledgeable too!
