I like the ease of making payments on my services, the variety of classes offered, and the benefits that I have access to as well.

Everything! Staff is always professional and friendly. The programs and classes are 1st- class. Realtor members and affiliates are given opportunities to serve on various committees and have input. Also, marvelous networking opportunities.

Truly enjoyed the class on "Dissecting Contract 6.1). It was just not enough time for Q&A.
Suggest additional time. Also add that additional time may be needed to answer questions. If a person know the contract it should be expressed that this class is "dissecting" and may not be for them. You can have another class for a "QUICK OVERVIEW".

I am looking forward to attending additional classes.

Communicate the importance or need of taking courses so that if a person is new to real estate, they know what is absolutely required and what is just a great continuing ed. class to take. This communication does not seem to be clear. Perhaps set up a mentor with new agents to help communicate this out effectively?

Easy to pull up info if needed and easy access to make payments.

Everything is pretty user friendly and if you have a problem, they are very helpful in answering your questions and solving your problem.

The staff is always very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Honest people with honest answers. Don't know something...just say you don't know. I like my answers straight with no chaser!!

They also have a great system that keeps all Realtor members informed
