I gave you a 5 because it is in the middle. I am not necessarily thrilled with you nor disappointed. I have not seen a significant benefit.
You get a lot of information from main street and teaching

I appreciate the services offered, even if you don't use them all the time, having it available helps. Also keeping us informed of any changes - i.e. Events, policies or promotions.
I am not getting the emails notification about bills being due! Unfairly charged late fee! Requested paper billing and MORE rep said they can't send paper billing!!!
I only get notifications when the bills are past due but not in advance of due date!
I updated my phone nr and email address on my account but MORE system hasn't updated the info across!
Awkward and unfair to say the least...

$25.00 late fee is ridiculous!
I HAVE PAID MY DUES SINCE 1993 ON TIME TODAY I GOT A NOTIFICATION, CHARGED A FINE OF $25 I HAVE MY CREDIT CARD SAVED IN THE SYSTEM IT IS ON AUTO PAY. CREDIT CARD ISSUED A NEW CARD AND I HAVE NOT UPDATED THE DETAIL (my Mistake) A CALL FROM THE ASSOCIATION WHEN THEY PROCESSED THE PAYMENT NOT GO THROUGH Would have HELPED INSTEAD OF THEY ARE CHARGING A FINE FOR LONG TRUSTED REALTOR LIKE ME $ 25. it is not a big deal. but internet companies like zillow truliua and redfine started taking over the real estate why we pay fees and fine when we are very loyal to the board.
SERVICE ABOVE SELF IF AN AGENT WHO HAS DONE WELL FOR SO LONG WHEN THE FEE NOT PAID A CALL FROM THE ORGANIZATION WILL STRENGTHEN THE RELATION SHIP INSTEAD OF FINING TRUSTED REALTORS WHO IS PART OF THIS GREAT ORGANISATION.
WE ARE IN THE PEOPLE BUSINESS PEOPLE BUY FROM PEOPLE IF ORGANISATION IS NOT GOING TO TAKE CARE OF HIS/HER PEOPLE WHO WILL.

I hope you can reverse the late fee I just paid, I just got the email that it was late. That was the first time I've heard of the bill being due

I have only been a member for 1 day, ask me again in a month or two. So far it's been ok! ;o)
I especially like the different classes offered and some with a meal and I like the friendly and informiative staff.
