There are so many invalid listings in the MLS and are not corrected. Agents list properties and in the agents remarks, state no showings until xx.
So many listings state rooms on lower level, but it is really a basement.
So many signs are in front of properties and they are not in the MLS or as private listings.

I am disappointed by all Real Estate associations and entities. What good is the MLS these days? What good is the NAR? They have sold out to the WWW allowing real time quotes from Realtor.com et al... You have helped to make the Realtor obsolete. And the commercials...Poorly placed and a complete embarrassment. They are not the least bit humorous, in fact I find them to be utterly stupid and demeaning. Want to make things right eh?

I Love the support I get as a new Broker Manager. I have had fantastic guidance through the process from Education to Member services department. I was able to enroll in fantastic courses offered when I wanted to work on a commercial deal.
