Very helpful staff.
The website is unusable and not open on Saturdays

The Ethics program is a huge disappointment and failure. You have failed to address the theft of my real estate sign and trespassing by another agent on my listing. In effect you have endorsed this type of behavior for all Realtors And lastly you have failed to address the theft of my Private Business information through sentrilock.
never got invoices for the semi-annual fee. Can't get into website as it just spools. Trying to pay my bill with the late fee. Ugh.

I like how I can find things on the website. I'd given a 10 if there were ever evening hours. I work a full time job and sell real estate part time so I can't make it in to the offices during the week and during the day.
Help if needed
It's become too big and impersonal.
It is difficult to pay the annual dues just before Christmas.
You guys are great, but too expensive for part-timers like me.

As a new agent I called for some advise. I was sent to a voice mail for someone that said. She was not at her desk, leave a massage & she would return my call. After leaving several messages for several days, I finally asked the person answering the phone, why doesn't this women call me back. I had left several messages. I was told this person was busy and would call me back. She never did.
My first time dealing with Main street, Arlington Heights was horrible. This woman couldn't even have made one return call, totally unacceptable.
I don't remember her name. I wish I did because she should be fired!

The association seems to cater only to full-time agents. There are minimal if any evening classes or help hours for those who aren't regularly available from nine to five, making it feel exclusive and unwelcoming for those unable to make the leap to full-time realty.
It is nor me to recommend. Membership is mandatory.

Mainstreet offers such a wide variety of services. The staff is SO professional and member care driven. The high quality of staff and volunteer leadership keeps this association ahead of the curves and trends in the real estate industry.
Mainstreet does the research and keeps me informed of all the real estate trends and facts. They are reputable and a great resource in assisting realtors in their field.

easy to use. my step daughter is a realtor in Utah it was very hard to understand her MLS

Sending invoices weeks before they are due and no reminder just before it's due. One day I'm late I get reminder and get slapped with fine. Worst business practise I've seen. Companies like Comcast and AT&T do the same and are at the bottom of customer satisfaction.
