The training that is available.
All people there are VERY helpful!
Classes as webinars at home and not going in especially since it's webinar format anyway at other locations. More evening classes.

I love how friendly and helpful everyone is. They all want everybody to succeed and will do just about anything to help make that a reality.
Friendly & helpful people, mostly convenient office locations, offer lots of classes at reasonable rates.
You probably don’t care what anyone has to say about this but I am deeply offended that you include $130 of “contributions” as your suggested amounts for your political activities. You hide it in your invoices and you don’t discuss it and then you make it a challenge to remove them.
I don’t use your services very much and I don’t think about them very much, but this is on the cusp of dishonest and every year I see it I try to decide if I really want to do business with your organization. Whenever I see them, I remove the amounts but just the way you try to sneak them in is so offensive that every year I’m tempted to quit your organization and do without you (it also makes me wonder if there were some years when I just plain missed them). If you want the money promote the service it provides, advertise the benefits get people to want to contribute. But do it honestly, don’t be so deceptive.
You might think it is no big deal and it’s a great way to collect a few extra dollars from those agents that aren’t paying attention (and it probably is) but you should know that this practice: It disgusts me. It reflects on MainStreet and it reflects on realtors as a whole. It send the message that you are sneaky and sleazy, so I better watch you very closely, all for just a few extra dollars to throw into politics. WHY can’t you be honest about it? Because you know that if agents had to give the money you would get less, and you would rather have the money obtained dishonestly than not have it.
You lead by example. You tell agents to be honest and straight with their clients but you can’t do the same with them. How many agents would sneak in an extra fee on the RESPA if they could and then require the client/attorney discover it and ask to have it removed at closing? Many of them I’m sure. And would MORE approve this tactic? Why not? It is how you bill your agents. (This practice should be an ethics code violation, but wait it won’t be … because it would get the ‘powerful’ less money.)

I would like to be able to pick a floor level for condos on the description (living room - dining room etc....to specify whether it is lower or 3rd etc....thus we are supposed to do 1st floor only which confuses agents as well as buyers).
Selling information to third-parties (Zillow, etc) is bad for business.
A step back to delayed (pocket) listings undermines the basic precepts of cooperative brokerage.
Customer service is readily available and top notch.
