Well, I've taken my Jumpstart class at Mainstreet. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to find the place location wise. Also, there is something to be said about the instructor. Mrs. Madison is out of the ordinary. Knowledgeable, friendly and entertaining at the same time. I would highly recommend it.
I just don’t recommend anything to anyone. I am not disappointed.
You act more as disciplinary then helpful. Expensive. Very convoluted presentation of training and license requirements. Should be specific to the agent logged in.

Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I especially value the tutorials and other training options that are available to newcomers. Questions are responded to in a very timely manner. The friendliness of the association and willingness to help is outstanding.

There are no instructions on step by step procedures or why or how or what we should be doing or how to use our membership. You just take our hard earned money. The steps only have to be some ideas. They don’t have to be some standard.
Training and responsive staff. Your staff is always quick to respond to all questions I have had through the years.
Mainstreet's Help Desk and Education Departments are two of the reasons I would recommend it to other agents. I have thought about leaving and going to another association a couple of times but every time I compare them to Mainstreet there is no comparison. I love that the MLS is updating the system to make it tech savvy.
Too expensive, and the redundancy between MRED and MORE is unneeded. Retail marketing sites are way ahead. Consolidation needed.
I appreciate the fact that we have an association. I keep my fees paid because I have to or I wouldn't be able to function- but your fees are constantly increasing. Overall, I like the fact that I have access to the MLS which is what keeps me in business.
Your organization seems to favor big real estate organizations and not the small independent ones who are just as important to the industry. I don't see where or what the benefit is if I'm not "plugged" in. Everything (tools of the trade, lockboxes, etc.) seems to costs so much.
Here is something: Is there a way we can connect to view the listings in other associations that are in the Central and Southern parts of the state of Illinois without having to join their associations and without having to look at Realtor.com?

Prompt response
You stick it to us with fees. You hide donation fees in our invoices making it appear we have to pay the donations. You word your invoice warning to favor us to be late so you can charge fees. You never answer the phone. Your located in Illinois which is the worst state to live in and the highest taxed state in the nation.
So no I would highly recommend someone else.
Offer a grace period beyond December 1st. I can’t believe I am being gouged for $30 which is in addition to a disappointing annual fee I am forced to pay. Really $30? How can a December 5th payment merit this amount. It’s very considerate to demand a payment with a minimal grace period. Just another disappointment!
