Pretty much everything...Monday and Tuesday this week I attended two very informative classes. I came out of there saying I need to take advantage of getting to more of them!
I like the classes offered. If I call I always get the help I need.
I think the web site could use improvements. When I add a class to my cart I would like to go right back to where I was when I choose the class.

I live in New lenox. Every time I want or need to take a class, I have to go to Downers Grove or Arlington Hts. Most of the classes that I'm interested in take place in Arlington Hts. Very inconvenient. I have been talking to several other agents from our board that live in the southwest suburbs and they have said the same thing. They don't typically take the training because of the inconvenience. If we joined Three Rivers, all of our training would take place here in Joliet. When I asked the education dept, they said because no one signed up for the classes and they had to cancel. I think it's been quite a while. I've been with this board for quite some time now and we've never had good class options here. Maybe if you brought some classes out here and let the agents know, they would attend. I do think the education is important and the more the agents know, the better our board will perform. Mainstreet may be the best option for the agents out this way if they are looking to stay on top of their game.

Offer a payment plan for dues.
Website navigation and ease to navigate could be improved. In General the Organization could provide better communication and e-learning modules.
