The MORe Staff is fantastic.
I do not like how there are those optional fees that are put into the invoice in which I have to waste time modifying the invoice in order to get rid of those fees that I do not wish to pay extra for. Also, the MLS system is not focused at all when it comes to Commercial Real Estate, I wish that the MLS could have a stronger platform for Commercial Real Estate listings so that we can get rid of Loopnet and Costar Entirely.

It would be helpful of the required education would be identified as those that fulfill requirements.
Would be nice if we could take some courses online. Just went through your course list for commercial certification and you don't have anything online. Also, thanks for giving us the bill for our annual dues early. It helps a lot to being able to pay.

I find MRED provides tons of great education, you just need to sign up!! The instructors are wonderful. In our industry change happens all the time so it's easy to keep yourself updated.
Always keeping the membership updated with new and current legislation, and training classes.
Variety of classes. Vital source for information, forms etc.
The staff is knowledgeable and responsive and you have an array of class ti chose from.
I would like to see the budget and salaries.

I have no strong feelings pro or con. Not sure what value the realtor association adds. Mainstreet does not seem any different than FVAR which I was a member for last 20 years.
