How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The fees are way too high and too often. It makes me not even want to be in real estate but I'm sure my feelings about this won't make a bit of difference so it is what it is.

I don't like your REMINE system. What we had before was considerably better. I don't like having to pay for software that is inferior.

Your customer service staff is excellent. Your content is poor.

In comparison to CAR, Mainstreet has less benefits to membership. Member’s recognition of achievements is lacking and cost of courses are elevated.

What could we do to improve?

I'm a leasing agent, I noticed that you don't have enough education class for a leasing agent.

I also don't understand if Im paying the same fee as a Broker, why can't I have access to everything in the system like the Brokers.

I like all class that I have attended so far.

I love how you ask this question. I cannot imagine why an agent would be looking for a referral to an mls. Geographically they would turn to the close one I would expect.

You forced me to pay for the RPAC. There was no option to take it off. I had to pay it to not be late on my dues.
