Remine is horrible- it is hard to find information, the printouts are never consistent and there is missing information compared to realist. Every time I call for help on Remine, they always tell me Remine is changing all the time, but they can't help me because Remine can't do it.
Quick response whenever I am looking for assistance.

Thank you for asking. Would like to go back to the former tax data base information. Currently have to depend on other websites to get same information we used to. Would also like to see the fees reduced.
Needs to be easier to navigate
Main Street Association is a very great and needed source of help and information to all of us Realtors, without the Association we as realtors would be lost without the vast knowledge and information that the association have to offer to Realtors and we will be less effective in our work so I am happy that we have such an Organization.
This association really works for the REALTORS. They care, are helpful and if the answer is not know by one they will find the right person to get you your answer.
We are offered to many of the same services from all of the realtor support services. And of course, for each one of those, we are asked to pay extra. Look at your mission statement and do that...not all the add ons that are duplicated by other services an again...we are asked to pay for.

I'm not sure why the fees keep going up. I don't know why they waited until 2:40 pm on March 24 to send an email that they were extending the due date. It would seem prior notice would have been helpful to people who were having trouble paying it. I also think that trying to sneak an RPAC donation in with the invoice to the point where it's difficult to remove it and many people don't even know they can remove it is not right. I understand the importance of it but it should be a choice realtors make. We are forced to pay for Rvoice and so many other fees without any accounting of where all that money is going. Is there anybody monitoring how all these fees we pay are being spent?

I have been reaching out to the board with a handful of questions lately and they are always very kind, professional, and quick to respond. Even during the pandemic and working from home, they are still quick to respond! I appreciate the support that the board provides to us, and that they are working behind the scenes to be an advocate for us.
