Fast and user friendly, good and constant communication.

MORE is my preferred association because you can easily converse with a "Real" person...not just a recorded message. They are knowledgeable, patient and courteous! I appreciate their professionalism!

Seems like many policy decisions are based on those that are less productive agents. In addition, here are a couple of areas with issues.... loading pics for listings. Often freezes up and have to reload. Sometimes many times. On property taxes, we are forced to use what is posted, even though we might already have a correction and the new correct amount. Then, we have to call to have it changed. The problem is the listing already goes out and we could lose all those buyers who just received the listing. Another is the calendar when entering dates. Does not show a Calendar and instead just has the date. So when setting something like an open house, you have to look at a Calendar to make sure you have the correct date. When in draft mode on a listing, can't save it with a future date. I can understand not allowing it to go live, but would be much better if you could do this. Otherwise, its possible to forget to update this. Even though you get a reminder, it still happens. Here's a few that came to mind

I always get an answer when I call with a question. If the person doesn't know the answer right away - they get back to me quickly. They are a great resource for continuing education classes too!
