How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The main office is not Centrally located. The Tinley office persons are polite but not knowledgeable when asking questions. The staff should have relief so the office is not closed for an hour during the day.

Other than the MLS who sold out our date to Zillow I really don’t see the value.
