Great board.
I think the listing detail sheets are very unorganized with the info. It is not reader friendly. Too much clutter and too small of print on the detail sheets.
Frequent training and new topics to help direct your business are awesome!
that is a joke!! for years i have been telling that there are a lot of bad seed members. so get a n investigator out there and see how you can help!!!!!!!!!!!

Can not update my automatic payments. I need to fill out some form and send via fax. This is so 20 years ago, we got ride of our fax at the office, so i need to run to a fex ed to fax this in. Just because i got a new card in the mail and now im hit with a 25 dollar late charge.
I like the ease of caring for my account and access to the necessary forms.
