Always great service - great classes offered at reasonable rates by great instructors, any time I've had to contact professional standards department with questions they've been very helpful (though maybe a quicker response time would be nice when we have to leave a message), the website also has great & helpful resources. I've been a member for many years and overall have been very satisfied. It would be nice if our annual dues could be split up into multiple payments instead of having them due all at once at the holiday season when there are so many other costly events going on.
I can always get a hold of someone when I need help, I like the education opportunities.

Because the organization does not send paper invoices and my email notification (such as it is) gets lost in my mountain of email, I incur loss of privileges and a late payment fine. Since I am diligent about paying my bills on time or sooner than due, that is most distressing for me. A simple mailed invoice or a flag on the ConnectMLS site would resolve the problem. I really can't understand why I cannot be notified that my bill is due when I log into connectMLS.

I am an appraiser. I cannot even tell you the number of misrepresented homes there are on the MRED MLS in Illinosi. Incorrect bedroom count with bedroom #'s as 4 - when 2 are in the basement. This happens ALL THE TIME -with properties from Crete - to Lincoln Park. I have commented on the site where it says to comment in private - yet it's now worse than ever. It SUCKS! Appraisers have to use this resource that is more wrong on property details than right. Not to mention all the basements that are reported incorrectly - then you look at a picture to see clearly - there are basement windows! Idiots putting information out there that is wrong - with no accountability!!
And realtors are required to do a "Code of Ethics" course - what a JOKE!!!
I dare someone to look up properties in the city of Chicago and see how many wrong room/bed/basement counts there are. How does a deck count as a room? It's unbelievable!!
On every appraisal report I don - I put a qualifier stating MRED MLS is the worst in the country for the state of Illinois - and point out the errors - so I am not held accountable! IDIOTS
The annual costs have just gotten ridiculous for the level of service that I actually utilize. Way too much fluff.

You need to send out more reminders about when dues are due. We have to pay so much money, you could at least do that. You are supposed to be our advocates, support us; and not try to get any additional fees from us. You also need to make it clear on the bill what we need to pay for and what other fees you would just like us to pay. This is especially true for new agents.
