I liked that it was a very complete service, something that a person does not receive from an anonymous Internet site. Everyone was very knowledgeable, and the video analysis on the treadmill was impressive. If a person is going to purchase an expensive purpose made pair of running shoes, it is comforting to know that the sales associates KNOW the products and capabilities. I was offered a selection of a number of different brands, some of which I did not know the companies. This was all explained to me in a manner that I could easily understand. I was also provided with valuable tips regarding shoe use and care. Having washed “trial socks” was a great feature, as I was not wearing the socks that I would be wearing when running. If I did not already have several pairs (running / hiking socks), I definitely would have purchased a pair from the store. Trying on the shoes and having an expert help me evaluate was invaluable. If there is an extra price to pay for this type of service, it is worth every penny. Thank you.
the personal fittings that you guys do. I've bought four pairs of shoes from fleet feet, had four different salespeople, and they all have been extremely knowledgable and helpful. Tuesday I bought the mizuno wave inspire 7 shoes for 100the and then I went to dicks for some other items, and I saw they had the same shoe for 80 dollars, but i'm willing to pay twenty dollars more for the fleet feet personal service

Great selection - however, sizes were a bit limited for my husband. We had to special order the shoes he wanted, even after visiting both Tulsa locations. Other than that service was awesome.

I liked the individual customer service they provide and I also liked the selection they had available at their store.
There is a sense of expertise since your focus is on fitness. Many shoe stores do not attract associates who are fit themselves or have working knowledge of athletic shoes and apparel. Your employees are attentive and "really there" , if you know what I mean. They listen.
