The employees are experts on all the different shoes offered in the store. They individualize shoes for each person that comes in. I like that I can bring the shoe back if I am not completely satisfied! I know that Fleet Feet Sports wants me to be completely happy with my shoes and they always come through every time I shop there.
I like being tested for the right shoe on the treadmill. Ran route 66 marathon with a fitted shoe from Fleet Feet and never got a blister or lost a toe nail during my training.

I came in to get fitted for a new pair of running shoes and Chris (woman) helped me. She was mindful of how sore I was and explained everything to me which meant a lot since I'm a new runner. She is an absolute asset and I will certainly return and share with my running group.

Olga did a thorough job of helping my son find a pair of shoes and inserts that would help him to continue in the Health and Fitness Class he is taking at The Tulsa School of Arts and Sciences. She explained every thing well and took her time. She gave him several options of shoes to choose from and listened to his needs. He likes his new shoes and is "breaking in" the inserts gradually. Much thanks to her!!
