I do have one complaint. I recieved an email last Friday stating that I had earned a $15 off coupon. So I went to the store on Sunday with the intent of using the coupon on my new shoe purchase. Upon checkout, they did not see that I was entitled to that coupon. They asked me to show them the email, which I did on my phone, and they said it must have been sent in error. Now granted, the coupon is only for $15, and I have spent over $400 in the last three weeks at your store, however, I was not pleased with this at all. If your store sent me an email saying I qualified for a coupon, your store should honor that, whether it was sent in error or not.

I am sorry about any we caused confusion over our Rewards Program. The way our system is set up it auto generates a voucher for everybody that made a purchase that day at midnight. What our system doesn’t automatically do is generate an email to let you know that it is active. Because our system doesn’t do this we have an employee manually email reminders out once a week. We do this once a week because the process of looking up and mass emailing is time consuming and would not be cost/time effective to do it every night. Because of the way the system is set up and the time between customer visits you might receive the email after you already used the earned voucher. This is what appears to have happened in your case. I am very sorry for any inconvenience or confusion this may have caused you. Thank you for shopping locally with us and if there is anything I can do for you please let me know!

The employees are very knowledgeable on the products sold, as well as the personal needs of each customer. I was greeted and helped promptly. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Undivided individual attention. I wear a size 7-2A and had worn Brooks GTS 6 and 7, since then Brooks has changed something about this shoe and I am no longer able to wear them comfortably. The folks at Fleet Feet have done everything possible to find a shoe to fit me. They have gone above and beyond and with a smile.

This shopping trip to FF was for my husband. I can tell you that Rachael couldn't have been a better salesperson. She knew just what shoes would help him with his physical issues. She has a lot of knowledge and a way with people that made him feel very special and pampered. The smile he left with remained for a long time. At Fleet Feet, one of the best parts of purchasing there is the experience. We didn't just end up there for his shoes, we chose to go there and will continue to do so in the future.

My son, Lance, is the Assistant Manager and buyer at Fleet Feet and he is always very personable and a joy to work with when we are buying shoes. I saw him in action, before the store had opened, giving the staff a pep talk and some information on a procuct. Lance is one fine son and an outstanding asset to Fleet Feet ( in my humble opinion.)
Personalized service to find the shoe that best fits my foot along with products that match this service. Also the ability to order shoes if you don't have them in stock and have them without much of a wait. I live a little over an hour away from Tulsa and it is a huge help to call in and order rather than have to come to the store since I know which shoe I am replacing/ordering. Huge plus and great customer service!

I bought shoes at Fleet Feet for myself, my daughter, and my daughter-in-law, and we were all quite pleased with the shopping experience and with the shoes recommended to us. Another plus about your employees - they are accepting of people of all sizes and fitness levels. This is not always the case in other stores that cater primarily to athletes.
