Staff are all very friendly and accommodating. They greet all the fur babies with a very warm, enthusiastic, and genuine welcome - making a fuss over them when they come in.
Anytime I check the cameras, my pup is either running around, playing with the other dogs or taking a nap.
The manner in which the coaches handle any 'issues' between the dogs is kind and gentle - the techniques are excellent and do not make the dogs feel like they are being scolded or bad, but redirects their attention.
Communication is great between the staff and myself, which I greatly appreciate, and always quick to answer emails.
The rooms are always kept very clean, and the room and toys are cleaned regularly, giving me total confidence in the staff and the facility.
The activity days and special events are an added bonus. And my pup gets really excited when it's time to go Dogtopia to play with his friends -- the dogs and the coaches.... Thanks for a great experience! Great job everyone.

I have had my now 16 year old chihuahua to Dogtopia several times and it has been a positive experience each time. They give him individual attention (including medications) and a few extra hugs due to his advanced age (& because he's so cute).

First impression was very clean and quiet. Our puppy has been very nervous at a previous doggy daycare and he was instantly more comfortable here. The staff are so kind and they all seem so excited about all the dogs

Convenient

The staff is extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and engaged with Cooper. Coopers day starts with Dorianna greeting us,with her exuberant personality. Followed by someone excitedly coming to take Cooper to the playroom(he can’t get there fast enough). Then a day filled with activity, attention and seeing friends again (enjoy watching the activity in the playroom)At the end of the day, when we come to pick him up, Adrian announces Coopers pickup in the play room and gets him ready to come home (Cooper smells so nice at the end of the day). Then a nap on the way home. Jenn is always there to answer questions/concerns. She is genuinely engaged in the care of the dogs and very reassuring the dogs are in the best of care.

My dog always has a wonderful time at Dogtopia! He loves the people and environment. They are always so accommodating as well. My only critique would be that I wish the cameras worked more consistently as I love checking in on my dog, especially on boarding stays.
