The management and staff are super friendly, helpful and professional. It's clear they all love dogs! I like that they're open 7 days a week and have extended hours on weekdays. Also that the dogs are assigned to three different rooms, depending on size, temperament, age, etc. The webcams are great and I do check from time to time to see what my dog is up to. The lobby is attractive, well laid out and they decorate for various holidays or events. I like that there is now some merchandise to purchase. The spa and grooming services are really convenient and the prices are competitive. I've used every service multiple times. I also appreciate that the staff keeps and eye on my dog - for example they recently recommended that he get a nail trim as they were overly long and on a previous occasion they noticed a loose suture after dental surgery.
What I like best is that my dog is CRAZY about Dogtopia Coquitlam. He starts crying to get out of my vehicle when we turn into the driveway and he makes a major tail-wagging beeline for the front door as soon as I let him out. He's so happy to go inside that he doesn't look back at me - he just wants to get into 'his' room and check out who's there.
The staff all know Blue (my dog) and that he's obsessed with balls and kongs during the periodic play times. They also play with him when he's boarding overnight (which he's done many times - ranging from 1 night to 8 nights). He's always healthy and happy when I pick him up.
I would not hesitate to recommend Dogtopia of Coquitlam to anyone who wants their dog to be extremely well looked after.

Excellent friendly service from the reception. The management staff is very accommodating . From the 3 days of daycare my dog has been here I have seen her so happy to go and tired when we get home. It gives me some peace of mind knowing she is in good hands with people who are trained to handle dogs and love dogs

It would be nice if here was a bit of an outdoor place tp play but that is minor .I imagine staff would like a bathroom spot outside too.

i love to be able to drop my dog off at daycare so he can burn energy, socialize and have fun. it’s also super handy that he can get his grooming done all in one spot.

The staff at Dogtopia Pickering are caring and kind. The fact that my fur baby loves going there is a testament to that. The facility is extremely clean and very safe. There is always staff in the room with the dogs and I also like the fact that you can see your dog from anywhere on a camera.

Targeted to what makes dogs happy. Flexibility and monitoring when dog is not feeling 100%. Staff are very friendly and really care about the dogs. Fun events.
