The staff are the friendliest, most wonderful dog lovers you can imagine. Our dog absolutely loves Dogtopia Aurora, both daycare and boarding. We feel completely at ease leaving her there.

Communication is really great. I also feel the staff is empathetic and understood our needs. During an unforeseeable family emergency, we literally showed up at our Lionhead location last minute without a booking in hopes of securing a spot for daycare and one night of boarding. The staff understood, and even said if he needed a second night, they could accommodate us. That meant a lot to us. Enzo loves to attend. We also appreciate the on-site grooming services and are happy with the groomer and the treatments Enzo receives. The app is also easy to navigate and is very user-friendly. We also find the check-in and pick-up process very quick and efficient. I feel that the staff know our dog and are always committee to his care and well-being.

The staff is amazing at the Burlington branch. They are friendly and know your dog, our little Finley runs into daycare. Every parents dream to know their cherished little guy is loved and cared for while you are at work.
Everyone is friendly and really seem to enjoy working with the dogs. I would highly recommend Dogtopia to anyone looking for doggy daycare or boarding.
