Staff are great. Friendly, greet you on entrance. Seen to really care. One area to improve is providing feedback on the dogs day. I would like to receive a daily report card. If I call, they are more than willing to update me but this is the first time using a kennel or daycare that doesn’t automatically send a daily report

I tell everyone at the dog park about dogtopia. I think the service is great and always welcoming and given how much my pup loves to be there its obviously a safe and fun place for him.

Staff are A+++ , My dog Moose was well cared for and had a great day. The App is easy to use and Moose is looking forward to his next play day. A very well run business.

The people definitely love dogs and are great with my dog and all the others, I also like the webcam so I can see how my dog is socializing with other dogs and the coach’s . It’s a great place for my dog to spend the day with his friends and enjoy life.

I was able to watch my furbaby on webcam. I also saw staff interacting with some dogs. I saw that one of the staff wiped or clean the face of some dogs.
