Everyone I met, from the franchise owner to the lady who received me and the other person who gave me a tour, acted in the most respectful, professional manner.

I have used pet daycare in many different forms, mostly in Toronto and Collingwood, and so far, Dogtopia of Applewood has vastly exceeded expectations. It's the best experience I've had, so far. I've only had an intro and "free" day.

I purchased a 10-pack after speaking with the owner (Jorge Ralli, the operator of the Applewood franchise. He made it clear the safety and security of the dogs was a top priority, along with the happiness and confidence of the dog parent.
