Very friendly staff. Clearly enjoy their jobs. Dogs are treated very well and assigned to specific rooms that meet the dogs' needs. My little one is in Toy Box. Sounds like just littles except there is a big dog that is more comfortable playing with the little dogs so he is with them. Just an example of the caring provided at Dogtopia. There are video screens in each of the rooms so you can see how your pup is doing. Of course you can set it up so the video streams on your phone, tablet etc.
I love the people and their commitment to the dogs. Every dog is happy when they’re brought in. They are equally happy to go home. This is very important to me to know that I have a safe place to bring my dog. He’s happy and I’m happy.

I absolutely love all the ranges of activities accessible to the dogs - especially the crafts and photos the dogs do where we come home with an item Scout created in some way. I swear he looks SO happy and proud of himself for bringing home his craft or picture!
He loves the attention from the coaches, the structured play. I know he loves it because if we mention the word 'daycare' he goes crazy with excitement and always has a smile on his face going in and coming home from his days experienced at Dogtopia Applewood.
Everyone is so lovely to deal with. Knowing my fury pal is well taken care gives me piece of mind.

How friendly the staff are, being able to check in via video throughout day, how happy my dog is to arrive and sit so excited but with patience at the end of his day for a good bye treat.
