Everything. Staff are very personable and great with Merlin. They keep him busy and engaged which makes for a very pooped doggie at the end of the day. The coaches are soooo good in giving him attention and as we know, all dogs love attention. Knowing Merlin is safe is of paramount importance. I can leave him, without hesitation or worry.
