I thought I was getting a 90 minutes massage as you advertised. My appointment time was scheduled at 3:15 pm and my massage didn’t start until 3:30pm and it ended at 4:40pm. So, i don’t think that’s something that I would do again. My massage last 60 minutes. Thank you.
Thank you for your feedback, Osmarly. We understand the disappointment felt when expectations are not met. We would like to clarify why your time fell short. Your appointment with us was for 3:15. In your confirmation email, the following directions were included "Sessions include time for consultation and dressing. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment start time - late arrivals may not have the full benefit of their scheduled time." Our records indicate your check in was at 3:19. This did cause your hands-on time to start much later. If there is ever time available after your appointment, we of course endeavor to help make up for lost time but there simply wasn't extra time available during your visit. If you would you would like to try us again, we are happy to extend the new client discount to you again. Sandra is an amazing masseuse. Always feel so much better after a massage. The staff is very friendly as well.

Therapist skill levels vary greatly.
Therapeutic massage is very subjective. Our advice is to find the 2-3 therapists you have liked best and stick with them. Our most requested/experienced therapists are sometimes not the right fit for certain clients. Skill level usually has nothing to do with it. It's just preference. The Massage Therapists are awesome, but we have had appointment scheduling problems and canceled appointments for which the management has been argumentative. I have put my monthly plan on hold in hopes of moving to a new location that may have better administrative staff and management.

Worst massage I've had. The guy was breathing so loudly the entire time it was not relaxing at all. And he had horrible smelling breath.
Olivia's facial was very well executed, lovely. No pressure to buy products was appreciated, product advice was given and appreciated. Products used were appropriate and showed improvement still evident 4 days later. She did a great job, great experience for me!

Calm relaxing environment as soon as you walk through the door. Receptionists was friendly and Peter the massage therapist was knowledgeable and thorough, best massage I’ve ever had!
The massage was great! The only comment I have is that the ambiance and cleanliness left more to be desired. Seeing dust bunnies and dirt in the floor doesn’t leave a sense of comfort in how a space is cleaned or help one relax.

The ladies at the front desk were so friendly upon entering. Very calm, inviting waiting area. Teagan was so sweet and professional. She is absolutely wonderful as an aesthetician and gave me the hands down best facial I have ever had. My face was glowing and felt amazing when she finished! I highly recommend Teagan for any of your skincare needs ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
