It was a my first time in the Salt Room. It was a very relaxing and pleasant experience.

We understand that price increases can be frustrating. Unfortunately, they are necessary in order to attract and keep talented massage therapists and to keep up with increasing vendor prices as well. Our walk in rates and membership prices are also pretty comparable to the other chain spas in the area (Massage Envy, Dream Clinic) and we do our best to provide a quality service that matches the price. We do not plan on having any price increases this year and you are currently grand-fathered in to a cheaper rate and get the best price we offer at LaVida. Therapists often cancel last minute. Quality of therapists is inconsistent. Staff are friendly overall and location is convenient and clean.

Unfortunately, this time of year is extremely hard to keep everyone well as we see a lot of people. We have over 30 therapist so their technique and style is unique and we work hard to pair you with a therapist to meet your needs. Professionalism, care
Very friendly and accommodating
I scheduled my appointment for over 2 weeks out. When I saw in the email confirmation for my appointment the day before I was scheduled it was for a 60-minute massage and I specifically was having issues online in scheduling and had phoned and scheduled and verified a 90-minute massage multiple times on the phone and with Dorothy. Upon arrival to the facility, I was told that my appointment was never created for a 90 minute, so I did not receive this. Also, I asked about them making things right since the person I spoke with scheduled this incorrectly and allowing me to use my remaining balance on another massage and then them compensating me. I was told that was not an option. That the remaining balance would transfer over but that they will not compensate me. I felt as though I was being called a liar and this was my very first visit there and I will not be going back, nor will I refer anyone there based off of their customer service and how they handled this whole thing. I do not expect something for nothing at all, but the sheer principle is that when a facility makes an error, they do everything in their power to make it right and that was not done here. It was accepted, I was blamed, and then no other compensation was offered.
The massage with Dorothy was amazing, I would recommend her to anyone on a private note if allowed!
