Remington did a great job!
I called in and booked a massage for my husband and I and was advised we could do them in the same room. We have done this several times before with no problems. My husband’s massage was good but mine was just okay. I don’t think we’ll be back. The inconsistency is just not worth it.
Yes Im sorry we no longer have the couples massage room to be able to do that. Glad to hear your husband enjoyed his massage and as you know we have a lot of great therapist and we can pair you with one from the past that works better for you.
My massage was only about 50 min they took me late and then the massage was finished on the hour. I also thought it was very expensive a 50 min massage with hot rocks was $149.00 and with a $30 .00 Tip it was $179.00 for a 50 min massage I could go get the same service for $100.00 or less.

Latta is always amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful. The membership has great benefits. A little disappointed with my recent massage with Lindsey. It was my first time with her, and she delivered a very light massage, although I requested a medium touch. Felt more like a rub down than a massage.
Great Therapist - the deep tissue was just what I needed.
We have been coming to Lavida Canton for many years and have had several different therapists. All are very professional and extremely well trained to identify problem areas. We'll continue to recommend Lavida to friends and family.
I paid for a full body massage. I got a great back massage but when it came to the rest of my body it felt like she was just rubbing oil on me. Which is not what I expected at all. I’m not sure if this is standard practice for you guys or not but I won’t pay for that service again.

I scheduled two massages for my sister and I in advance with my membership sessions.... and what happens? The massages were incorrect even when checking in 15 minutes early, stating I was using my sessions to cover, and confirming our massages included hot stones. It still was all wrong. My sister which was a 1st time guest, did not receive hot stones during her massage. It took 40 minutes for checkout because the receptionist could not work the computer to find my membership/sessions. I told her to check under my partner's name to be sure. She didn't for the first 35 minutes then finally goes... let me see if it's under their name in which it was. She called two people, the last being the manager who was able to get her to realize to check another name. This was absolutely terrible service. No one wants to experience stress immediately after walking out of their session. It was a complete fail and it was hard for my sister to even enjoy herself. Please do better, coach & train or it's not worth having a membership.

High quality service but upgrade service ($40) for facial is too expensive.

What a beautiful spa! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. My facial was amazing and Allison was very professional and knowledgeable. My reflexology with Michelle was the best!
They were very pleasant and my message therapist was wonderful! She listened to my issues and addressed them. I will definitely book again.
