The atmosphere, the customer service, very relaxing. Would suggest the 90 minutes. The 60 minutes goes by too fast.

We as therapists agree - both for the guest and the therapist, a 90 min allows for a more impactful session as we are trying to focus on balancing a full massage experience with the therapeutic need to get each guest pain-free or stress-free in the way they most need. Maggie is a fantastic aesthetician. Knowledgeable in her profession and thorough in asking about your skincare routine, and addressing any issues she observes at the time of the appointment. This business uses great skincare product lines.
Since August I've experienced nothing but disappointment. This location cannot seem to keep staff, have issues with technology and doesn't have proper resolve for issues. I use the app to schedule my monthly massages throughout the remainder of the year (starting in August). Each month, my therapist has been changed for a host of reasons, my appointment time was incorrect (for to technology) and/or my don't has disappeared from the company's computer while it appeared on the app. No one can resolve the issue or even make a suggestion to rectify all these issues. So I did it myself by cancelling my membership. I'd been a customer for over a year and the only thing that anyone had to say was I wish there was something I could do to keep you. No one even tried! Very disappointing! Each month I sat with the front office staff and reviewed my next appointment to ensure that it was correct. Once verified and confirmed, I'd leave excited to return in a month. Each month I was more and more disappointed. I won't be returning. I've seen spoken with a friend who had the same experience. Please do better! I've also found a different business to frequent.

I was recommended to your service by my chiropractor who works in the building next door. Apparently, my body was pretty tense as i haven't had a massage before. I have a couple of major sore sports that need to be massage out and I discussed my concerns with Jessica before we started. It was pretty relaxing for the most part. I imagine then next one will be more so.

Ryan was very professional. Periodically checking in on how the massage pressure was, and even had a safe word in case anything he did I was not comfortable with. Never had that before! Would recommend.

My massage therapist didn’t look very professional. As I was waiting for my appointment, another employee came out and she was wearing branded scrubs. My therapist was wearing a long-sleeve t-shirt that was not branded. The receptionist seemed new and wasn’t confident on how to process my gratuity when I was using a friend’s free massage.
Great massage on my first trip... I will return soon!
