There have been recent updates to our systems and the kinks are still being worked out. We would love to help you schedule some appointments over the phone; I know that doesn't solve the current issues, but it does get you booked for some massage appointments. Friendly staff and expertise of the staff.
Patricia and Marcella both give the absolute best massages. I find myself falling asleep while they are working on me and feel fabulous when I leave.

I am not sure what happened and would like to learn more about your experience, but please know that our team has been voted best in North Fulton for 14 straight years by our customers. So it is possible we mismatched you with a therapist that may not specialize in what you were looking for as Tracy gets lots of positive feedback from other guests. Front desk has ALWAYS been fantastic!
The only thing with the new floor I tend to find it slippery when getting up because of no carpet.
A small rug might be a good idea as I try not to touch the walls.

Massage was not good. It felt like he didn’t know what he was doing. It was the worst massage I’ve ever had. I told the girl at the front desk and she said oh sorry he’s new and then said she would give me a free add on for the next time I come in. I’ve been there before and never complained, never had an issue. I was disappointed in the bad massage but also the way it was handled when I informed the desk. A free $5/10 add on doesn’t seem like a good way to make up for me paying $120 for a terrible massage.

The front office staff is amazingly professional, and nice! I’ve had the luck of good massage therapist there… The only unfortunate thing, is sometimes they leave😒… But currently the therapist that I have is very, very good!
The staff made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and relieved my anxiety. The place was very clean, quiet, and relaxing. My girl from Poland was very sweet and very attentive to my needs. Her massage was great. I wish they had their staff listed in their website since I can't remember the girl's name who gave me the wonderful massage.

Fix the online appt program (which I realize is a franchise issue that you can’t control, but…..it’s utterly non-usable, and this day and age that is absurd.)
