Dallas was my massage therapist. He did an excellent job! I was very impressed with him. What I wasn't impressed with is the receptionist. I had a 12:00 noon appointment. I was at the door at 11:50. The place of business didn't/receptionist didn't open the door until a few minutes after 12. Then she had to organize her desk and gave me a form to be filled out prior to message. When I was finished, after a great massage, the receptionist spent 15 minutes trying to set-up an appointment with a walk-in. This receptionist was not dressed professionally, was not trained how to treat clients, and definitely was not on time for her job!
I asked for medium pressure and I got deep tissue. I asked for lighter pressure multiple times during the massage and it just kept going back to deep. I'm sore to the touch now, still, three days later and I drink plenty of water. Also, my masseuse was sucking on a hard candy the whole time which I could hear and it was very distracting. I've had massage many times before and have always enjoyed and benefitted from it. If this had been my first time, I would never try it again.

This was the first massage I ever left feeling sore and it lasted for 3 days. On top of that, the therapist wouldn't stop talking the entire time and about stuff I didn't think should be talked about. Unprofessional and not relaxing to say the least.

Abby is unbelievable. She knows exactly how to make every single massage worth it. She’s always making sure the pressure is perfect and every session she always asks me if she needs to focus on anything specific. She is my favorite masseuse and I will continue to see her each and every month

Your check-in process. I got there 15 minutes early checked in with the lady, but she never marked me here. I sat there watching all the other people with the same appointment time being taken back and my person said that I turned red so she decided to come out and check in the lobby. I sat there for 25 minutes. The appointment before I sat in the lobby for 25 minutes as well, and when I asked the lady at the front desk to check where my therapist was, I was told my therapist wasn’t even there and they had to cancel my appointment. So two times in a row I’ve And then continued to sit in your lobby, and be ignored while wasting time.
We appreciate your feedback, and we apologize for the two unfortunate circumstances in which there was trouble with your check in. We are glad that we were able to make things right after one of our therapists was not able to make it in. I’ve been going to Erin for Massages for over 2 years. She always knows exactly where my trouble spots are. I love the Kennesaw location. Very clean and the employees are all very professional. i feel valued as a customer when i visit.
