We came there for my daughter who plays tennis. We clearly said we want the appointment for massage and cupping. Even on the day of appointment i confirmed about cupping. But the lady who did the service was not aware of the cupping and she said she can do next time. I was so disappointed with that response. Later she checked with the front desk and said she can do it(just for name sake).I came here based on the review.But im very much disappointed
Hello Tanika, I am saddened to hear your massage was not what your were expecting. Although we waived the cost of the cupping the same day of your visit; I would appreciate the chance to make this right. We have 12 total therapists and several are certified to offer cupping. The location itself isn’t bad but the walls are so thin you could hear conversations held in the hall and other rooms. Sometimes the staff will joke around and talk in the halls and it’s distracting when you’re trying to be relaxed. Also, the quality of the massage and facials isn’t consistent. I just don’t know if I’d trust them enough to recommend them to others.

The fragrance is too strong. The plug ins the laundry detergent. Always get a headache and leave smelling so strong. Too much for me.
I love Codie!! He is the best massage therapist there! Had issues with my IT band and he gave it a good treatment but it was still relaxing and a great way to move into my evening. Always love my massages at La Vida!!
